Now We Workin’, we know that when you order something online you want it fast, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

Exceptions include orders made on weekends or UK bank holidays, which will dispatched on the next working days.
You will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided on your order when the order has been dispatched.
If you have selected a tracked method of shipping your tracking number will also be supplied.
Most UK orders dispatched through either Royal Mail.
All International orders are dispatched through Royal Mail and then forwarded on to your National Postal Services once they have been shipped overseas.
Please note we accept no responsibility for any packages that are not received due to customer error, such as inputting the incorrect address details.
We recommend you review your order when it is placed to ensure the correct details are inputted before submitting your order.
If you need to change any details please email us immediately after placing your order at  and we will do our best to do this before shipping.

Ordering clothes online is not the same as trying clothes on in store and therefore we understand that there may be a need return your Progress items.
We want to ensure that you have every confidence in ordering from us and we have a comprehensive and fair returns policy.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of order. If you wish to return your goods for exchange or refund, please ensure that you inform us within this period at with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would to exchange an item for another size, please email us with the garnement, size, colour and order number.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (s), but in most cases, we are happy to absorb the cost of sending replacement back out.
All returns items must be neatly presented and unworn/unwashed. Exchanges will be refused if an item is damaged or has been worn.
If there is a problem with your return then we will contact you via phone or email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship out your exchange as quickly as possible.
if you would like a refund, please email us and type your bank details and we will refund you within 5 working days, UK buyer we do bank transfer to go faster.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any refunds will have the cost of shipping deducted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification within 10 business days stating that your refund has been processed.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method and take several days to show in your account.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For returns of any damaged or defective items, we only refund up to the value it costs us to send an item in line with Royal Mail 1st Class or International Standard Mail pricing.
Please ensure you obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ from your postal service or we cannot ensure completion of your return should the package go missing.
